The Meeting Rule · Section 1.00
A scheduled calendar invite does not constitute a valid excuse for absence or lateness. Match day operates with the same authority as a quarterly board meeting.
- → Missing pitch-side results in a mandatory 3-minute deduction.
- → "My call ran over" is not an invalid defence.
- → "We can't sit at fewer than 4 players if it drops below 4" (Section 1.3)

Duration
Strictly 40-min games. 20-min halves. A referee enforces the whistle at 12:55.

Rosters
Rolling subs at any dead ball. Minimum 4 players to start; forfeiture rules apply if it drops below 4 during play.

Offsides
No offside rule. No overhead height limit except structural.
Disciplinary Panel
Agreement reached is enforced by the League judiciary. Penalties issued between seasons.

How long does the whole thing actually take? +
Sixty minutes, door to desk. Kickoff is 12:15, the final whistle is 12:55, and showers are clear by 13:00. We timed the change and the shower with a stopwatch so the number is real.
How many players do we need to register? +
A squad of six. You play five-a-side with one rolling sub, so nobody sits out a full match and you can cover a sick day without forfeiting.
What happens if we are late to kickoff? +
The clock starts at 12:15 whether you are on the pitch or not, because the next match needs the slot at 13:00. Late teams play short minutes. The disciplinary panel finds this very funny.
Who is the disciplinary panel and are they serious? +
It is three captains and a whistle. Mostly it is a joke. The one rule it enforces is real: do not schedule a meeting over match day and expect sympathy.
Where are the pitches? +
Every venue is a sub-eight-minute walk from a city-centre office cluster, and the Venues page lists the postcode and the walk time we measured in actual shoes.
Can a company enter more than one team? +
Yes. Register each team separately and we will try to keep them in different divisions so finance does not have to beat sales in week one.
